Returns, Warranty & Claims Policy
Custom-Made Products
All Redbros products are manufactured to customer specifications. Under UK and EU consumer regulations, custom-made and personalised products are generally exempt from cancellation and change-of-mind return rights once production has commenced. Orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded after written design approval and production confirmation.
Design Approval
Customers are responsible for thoroughly reviewing all proofs, mock-ups, artwork, spelling, colours, sponsor logos, sizing, quantities, and specifications before providing approval. Written approval constitutes acceptance of all design details. Redbros Ltd shall not be liable for errors present in approved artwork or specifications.
Production Tolerances
The following are considered acceptable manufacturing tolerances and not defects: Colour variation between digital screens, printed proofs, and finished garments.Minor variations between production batches.Fabric, panel, and stitching variations consistent with industry standards.Sizing variations within normal garment manufacturing tolerances.Minor logo placement variations resulting from garment construction.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers must inspect all products immediately upon receipt. Any shortage, defect, damage, or production issue must be reported within: 7 calendar days of delivery Claims submitted after this period may be rejected.
Claim Requirements
To assess any claim, customers must provide: Order number.Clear written description of the issue.Photographs showing the issue.Photographs of garment labels and size labels.Photographs showing the garment laid flat.Evidence of quantity shortages where applicable. Redbros Ltd reserves the right to request additional evidence before accepting any claim.
Defective Products
Where a manufacturing defect is confirmed by Redbros Ltd, we may at our sole discretion: Repair the item.Replace the item.Provide a partial refund.Provide a full refund where legally required. The chosen remedy shall be proportionate to the nature and extent of the confirmed defect.
Exclusions
The following are not considered manufacturing defects: Normal wear and tear.Crash damage.Abrasion or impact damage.Improper washing or care.Use contrary to garment care instructions.Damage caused by chemicals, solvents, or excessive heat.Customer-approved artwork errors.Customer sizing selection errors.Minor colour variations.Subjective dissatisfaction with fit, feel, appearance, or design after approval.
Return Authorisation
No products may be returned without prior written authorisation from Redbros Ltd. Unauthorised returns may be refused and returned to sender.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redbros Ltd’s liability shall be limited to the value of the affected products supplied under the relevant order. Redbros Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, commercial, reputational, event-related, sponsorship, race-entry, or loss-of-profit claims arising from delays, defects, or non-delivery
